Available Copper Alloys

Cu-ETP – CW004A (Electrolytic Tough Pitch Copper)

A copper alloy with a purity exceeding 99.9%, characterized by extremely high electrical and thermal conductivity. It is the reference material for electrical cables, busbars, transformers and other components where electrical efficiency is critical.

Cu-DHP – CW024A (Phosphorus-Deoxidized Copper)

Contains a small amount of phosphorus while maintaining a copper content above 99.9%. This improves corrosion resistance and weldability. It is widely used for plumbing tubes, heat exchangers, industrial tanks, sheet metal applications and architectural components.

Cu-OF (Oxygen-Free Copper)

Contains a higher copper content than the previous alloys and is completely oxygen-free. Known for its exceptional electrical and thermal conductivity, it is ideal for precision electronic applications, critical conductors and aerospace components.

Cu-HCP (High Conductivity Copper)

Combines high electrical conductivity with good mechanical strength. It is widely used for electrical contacts and semiconductor components where reliability and long service life are required.

CuNi (Copper-Nickel)

An alloy that combines excellent corrosion resistance, particularly in marine environments, with good machinability. It is commonly used for marine systems, piping, heat exchangers and applications exposed to aggressive operating conditions.

CuCrZr (Copper-Chromium-Zirconium)

A strengthened copper alloy designed to withstand high temperatures and intensive thermal cycling. Thanks to its hardness and thermal fatigue resistance, it is widely used in welding applications, industrial moulds and high-temperature systems.

CuBe (Beryllium Copper)

A copper alloy known for its high hardness and mechanical strength while maintaining good electrical conductivity. It is particularly suitable for springs, electrical connectors, precision instruments and aerospace components.

CuTe (Tellurium Copper)

Developed to improve machinability without compromising electrical conductivity. It is commonly used for precision mechanical and electronic components where high reliability is required.

Quality Control and Dimensional Inspection

Each component can undergo dimensional inspections and quality control procedures to ensure precision, compliance and reliability in industrial applications.
