Metrology Room

Added Value for High-Precision Manufacturing

Our commitment to precision and continuous quality improvement has led to the creation of an in-house metrology room, featuring a climate-controlled environment maintained at a constant temperature of 20°C.

The metrology room is equipped with a Zeiss Contura CMM measuring machine featuring an RDS rotary head and a VAST XXT continuous scanning sensor. This system enables complete measurement of geometric and dimensional characteristics of mechanical components, regardless of their position.

This technology is particularly suited for complex high-precision measurements and allows us to perform dimensional inspections, quality verification and, upon request, dedicated dimensional inspection reports.
